Scrypted is not only code reuse—it is operational closure. A registered ingredient carries I/O schema, cost model, execution hooks, and billing attribution so graphs are production artifacts, not tribal knowledge in a notebook.

Recipes describe DAGs of ingredients; jobs are durable runs with ledger rows per step. The developer surface meets operators where they live: retries, moderation, multi-provider routing, and observability.
